I hate to sound ignorant, but what is meant by "without sophistication"? Does it mean simply coming from one's heart?
Sophistication, when properly used, means complexity ... to show Sophistication is to put on an appearance ... as a lack of sophistication is, in "polite society", used to denote directness, or crude conduct
So to serve without sophistication is to serve in a direct and honest manner ... just as the boss made us ... no tricks, no hidden or alternative meanings, very much "what you see is what you get".
LOL ... To know them by their deeds and not by their words ...
