Unfortunately, we need them
I came across a thought from Rabbi Zelig Pliskin this week that challenged me to view things from a different perspective. Rabbi Pliskin wrote, "View every person you find difficult as your partner in character development."
It is easy to be patient and kind with other people who are patient and kind themselves. This is not a challenge. The challenge is being kind and patient with the rude person at the store, the obnoxious guest in your house, or the co-worker who yells at you and is constantly negative. As much as we would like this person to be on another planet, they are necessary for our own personal growth.
We need to view encounters with these people as tests, to see that we are what we believe ourselves to be.

I need to remember this, have a good Shabbos !
This reminds me of a teaching of the Rebbe Nachman of Breslov: "The highest peace is the peace between opposites." "If you remember this the next time you meet someone who makes you uncomfortable, instead of heading for the nearest exit, you'll find ways for the two of you to get along."
This thought is really inspiring...it only tells us to always be optimistic and see things and people in a bright and affirmative way...thus, it makes us believe that the not-so-pleasant things around us are blessings in disguise only if we see it in a pleasant perspective...only if we try to understand first before we react...and once we look deeper into it, we see the real meaning it conveys...that these people teaches us to become better because primarily we don't one to be like them :)...and secondly, because we want to have a personal growth...:) life is too short...live it to the fullest...make it worthwhile...:) enjoy life :)
