The top photo is of the house where Rebbe Nachman passed way on 18 Tishrei, in 1810 c.e. (the fire escape is not quite that old). Picture below shows what the Rebbe's kever looked like approximately twenty years ago, when it was a simple unmarked slab next to a post-WW II house owned by an old Ukrainian woman and her family -- previously owned by Reb Daniel, the Ger Tzedek of Uman, olov ha-sholom.
