ASJ's link above (9:03 AM) is actually for 2 books, released some time after In All Your Ways.
All are translated from Rav Shechter's talks given in Israel.

I have all three, but have not finished reading. Really great and very timely for today's situation.

Some other large bookstores in the US (NYC) and Israel carry these, too. I think I bought the two newer volumes from one of the Eichler locations.
