That is a very interesting video. How did you find that? Are there any famous Rabbaim buried there? Has it been restored or is it still a gentile beach? I see that they have no problem stepping over and playing around graves, I wonder how they would feel if that was their cemetary.
Sudilkov is a tiny shtetl and not too many people can trace their ancestry there, so thus there is not a large donor base to raise money to restore it.
Harold Lauder (sp?), I believe, is a donor responsible for erecting fencing around Jewish cemeteries, because once there is a fence the plot is no longer in danger of encroachment. This, I believe, is the standard practice in Ukraine and other E. European countries. Very important to erect fencing for the future, even if there are as yet no funds to rehabilitate the site. Yemach shemam--first they kill us, then they sit on our gravestones.

I found it by doing a search on YouTube and it appears that it had been recently added.
To my knowledge there are no famous rabbanim buried in this cemetery, however I am quite certain that many of my ancestors are buried here.
In 2001 it was still a "Gentile Beach" and you can see more pictures of it here
How come noone has gone there to restore it with the rest of the Jewish cemetaries in Europe?
