On this blog it would only be appropriate to mention that Reb Yaakov Shimshon was the father-in-law of Reb Ephraim Wohl, the Av Beis Din of Sudlikov (not to be confused with Reb Moshe Chaim Ephraim, the Degel Machane Ephraim.)

Indeed. And both of the above named individuals are ancestors of the present Sudilkover Rebbe in Ramat Beit Shemesh.
