Your Youngest Brother

There are great Torah scholars who isolate themselves from everyone else and worry only about themselves and their souls. Here the Torah hints to us, "Unless your youngest brother comes down with you" - if you do not try to bring with you those who are smaller than you, to teach and guide them, "you will not see my face any more" - Hashem does not want you.
