Consistently One

While at one time in my life I subscribed to a separation of worlds theory, today I seek to be just one person; a simple Jew in all places and at all times.

I seek to make my appearance, speech, and actions consistent so that no matter who sees me they will know that this is the real me and not just a role that I choose to play to fit the circumstance or occasion.

I'm sure you know the vort why "es hakeves echod ta'aseh ba'boker, v'es hakeves hasheini ta'aseh bein ho'arboyim" is the most important posuk in the Torah.

Consistency is the key! Being the same warm, calm and generous person in front of family, friends, strangers, colleagues, pupils, observers, children etc is one of the biggest avodah's there is and one that signals that this person is a real ba'al madregoh.

Yasher Koach for the Chizuk!
