How did you find out when the Rebbe's birthday is?

Incidentally, it's not so poshut al pi halachah to draw a picture of the sun (or other heavenly bodies).  I believe the medakdekim usually draw a cloud to obscure part of the sun, or else they put the sun in the corner of the picture so that not all of it is shown.

Do Sudilkover chassidim usually celebrate birthdays?

My bubby, a"h, was born in Chernobyl, and she didn't know the exact date of her birthday, because she said it wasn't something that anyone paid attention to in der heim.

On the other hand, I believe that in Lubavitch, they do make an eisek about birthdays.

I don't mean to give you a hard time, I'm just (mildly) curious.
