Re: Shabbos Minhagim- I had read that the Chofetz Chaim also used a glass kos on Shabbos Kodesh.

I'm confused about exactly what the meditative position looks like... could someone describe it to me in more detail? Does one sit in a chair, on the floor, stand, knees bent, knees straight? I'm not a very kinesthetic person so I'm confused.
